You can drop-in to any class in any course:

Our precious human life: April 2^nd — May 14^th

Training the mind: June 4^th — July 16^th

Living in harmony: September 3^rd — October 15^th

Meditation and positive thinking: November 12^th — December 10^th

You may join us for an entire course or drop-in at any time.

Seating is on chairs, dress comfortably. No need to book in advance.

class fees: £5
including refreshments.
