Here are the dates of our meditation classes in Basingstoke.
You can drop-in to any class in any block:

Aware in each moment: February 3rd — 24th
Gaining deep understanding of the mind's habits is the key to inner peace. Learn the wisdom of mindfulness and gain the ability to overcome negative states of mind; replacing them with powerful, positive thoughts.

Cutting through mental noise: March 10th — 31st
Developing the mind's natural power to concentrate will unlock our potential for tranquillity, clarity and focus. Get used to thinking positively!

Accepting what is: April 14th — May 19th
Anger is a natural, yet harmful, response to the frustration of our wishes. Through these classes we can learn to control our anger by becoming truly patient - learning to look positively at our life even when it appears to be going wrong and making peace with ourself and others.

Confidence and joy: June 9th — July 14th
Buddha's teachings contain beautiful advice on ways to develop a supreme confidence and limitless joy. Through developing these inner qualities we can find protection from our daily problems and difficulties.

A Generous Heart: September 8th — October 20th
A truly generous heart brings happiness, harmony and fulfilment; yet often we feel unable to give, or afraid to. Learn how to gradually open your heart and appreciate the joy that this brings.

Ancient Wisdom, Modern World: November 3rd — December 8th
Although Buddha lived 2,500 years ago, the wisdom of his teachings shines a light on the problems of our modern world. Discover how you can apply this ancient wisdom to your own life and find great meaning in every moment.

Class fees: £5
including refreshments.

You may join us for an entire block or drop-in at any time.
Seating is on chairs, dress comfortably. No need to book in advance.
