meditation classes

The purpose of meditation is to make the mind calm and peaceful.

This is accomplished by developing positive states of mind in meditation and integrating this experience into daily life.

These introductory classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of background and experience.

Although arranged into courses, each class is self contained. You are welcome to drop in as your time allows.

Classes consist of guided meditations, a teaching, a few minutes of traditional prayers and a question and answer session.

We regret to announce that the Camberley, Slough, Wallingford and Wokingham classes have been cancelled for the time being. We have re-opened our Newbury class on a Wednesday.
