Meditation retreats at Shantideva Buddhist Centre.
Opportunities to quieten our mind, deepen our meditation and develop a peaceful mind. You are welcome to attend any session, please try to arrive ten minutes before the session. If you need lunch, please book in advance.
At Tara Buddhist Meditation Centre, Derbyshire. A fully catered, residential meditation retreat.
This weekend retreat is a perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and gain experience of meditation. Kelsang Loten, alongside Kelsang Lobon from Jangchub Ling centre in the West Midlands, will be guiding meditations suitable for all levels of experience. The retreat will be held at Tara Buddhist meditation centre in Derbyshire - a beautiful and idyllic place to quieten the mind, deepen our meditation, and leave the cares of our daily lives behind. The retreat will start with supper on Friday evening at 6:30pm and finish after lunch on Sunday.
