Classes share advice from modern Buddhism, to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek. This course will be based on the new book How to Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso which is available as a free ebook.

Each class includes guided meditations, teachings and an opportunity to ask questions. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually.
