See below for what to expect…
Regular chanted prayers open to all:
Various practices focusing on developing compassion, wisdom and our ability to help others.
.The Guru yoga of Je Tsongkhapa and the middling Sadhana of his Dharma protector Dorje Shugden. A special practice to help us improve our wisdom and prepare our mind for meditation. Also includes unguided meditations on Lamrim (the stages of the path) and Mahamudra (the nature of the mind).
As above except with special offerings and with only very brief pauses for meditation.
A very special Guru yoga of Je Tsongkhapa, includes the entire path to enlightenment, we also make special offerings.
The extensive Sadhana of Je Tsongkhapa’s Dharma protector Dorje Shugden, for renewing commitments and averting obstacles to our practice.
Beautiful chanted prayers to Tara, the compassionate mother who helps us in our practice by granting protection from obstacles.
