Everyone is welcome except for Quick Path and Dakini Yoga, which are only open to those who have received Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments.

Wishfulfilling Jewelapprox one and a quarter hours

The Guru yoga of Je Tsongkhapa and the middling Sadhana of his Dharma protector Dorje Shugden. A special practice to help us improve our wisdom and prepare our mind for meditation. Also includes unguided meditations on Lamrim (the stages of the path) and Mahamudra (the nature of the mind).

Wishfulfilling Jewel with Tsogapprox one hour and ten minutes

As above except with special offerings and with only very brief pauses for meditation.

Offering to the Spiritual Guideapprox one hour and fourty five minutes

A very special Guru yoga of Je Tsongkhapa, includes the entire path to enlightenment, we also make special offerings.

Melodious Drumapprox three hours and thirty minutes

The extensive Sadhana of Je Tsongkhapa’s Dharma protector Dorje Shugden, for renewing commitments and averting obstacles to our practice.

Tara pujaapprox 55 minutes

Beautiful chanted prayers to Tara, the compassionate mother who helps us in our practice by granting protection from obstacles.
