This retreat is part of ongoing concentration program, see below for details of others events.

Part 2 of the Training in Concentration Programme gives an opportunity to engage in focused mediation retreat with the intention to develop a deeply relaxed and peaceful mind.
It is open to those who have completed the 5-week home study practice following on from part 1 and can be attended by day but not by session.

There will be silent periods during the retreat and it is very helpful to attend the introductory talk as the retreat will be mostly unguided.

Venue: Kadampa Meditation Centre Reading

7.30pm        Introductory talk

Saturday & Sunday
9 – 10am:    1 session
11 – 12pm:  2 session
2 –   3pm:    3 session
4 –   5pm:    4 session

9 – 10am:    1 session
11 – 12pm:  2 session

Course fee: £10 per day, lunch £3.50 ( Introductory talk £5, Monday morning £5). Free with Membership card.
Limited accommodation is also available.
