Special event with Guest teacher Kadam John McBretney

Saturday 13 May | 10am – 1pm

Imagine living without stress and tension – a life free from worry, anxiety and the many daily problems these negative states of mind create. On this course we will look at how meditation can beat stress and help you to be more relaxed, peaceful and positive in daily life. Train in powerful stress-busting techniques derived from ancient Buddhist wisdom, face life’s adversities with a happy heart, learn how to deal with ‘difficult people’ without getting angry, and transform hardships into opportunities for spiritual growth.

Anyone can attend this meditation event; it will consist of teachings, meditation and discussion with breaks in between sessions. It is suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience. Everyone is welcome.

The Teacher:  Kadam John McBretney is the Resident Teacher at John-MTB-750-575-300x200Heruka KMC in London and a senior teacher of Modern Kadampa Buddhism. Well loved for his sincerity, joy and light approach, Kadam John’s teachings always inspire, bringing practical wisdom and experience to the problems of daily life. Coming from his own meditative experience, Kadam John brings confidence to us all in our ability to meditate and develop healthy states of mind.
