Courses & Retreats at a Glance

We hold regular meditation courses, from a morning workshop to all day course. They are suitable for everyone, however much experience you have of meditation.

With teachings on practical ways to maintain positive states of mind and guided meditations, these events provide a welcome break from our busy lives, and leave us feeling refreshed and energized.

Courses consist of brief prayers and teachings followed by guided meditations. Refreshments are served between sessions and a delicious two-course vegetarian lunch is included in the cost.

Shantideva Kadampa Buddhist Centre, based in Reading is a special place of tranquillity, relaxation, reflection and friendship.
