Shantideva Centre provides meditation classes throughout the Thames Valley. Everyone is welcome to attend these drop in sessions - an ideal starting point for those new to meditation, or an opportunity for those who have some experience to gain a fresh perspective.

Southern Dharma Celebration 19th—21st March
The 2010 Southern Dharma Celebration is a special opportunity to receive the empowerment of Buddha Maitreya. Kadam Bridget Heyes will grant the empowerment and will also give teachings on loving kindness through which we can maintain a happy and peaceful mind all the time and enjoy an increasingly meaningful and fulfilling life.

Wisdom Blessings April 17th—18th
Manjushri empowerment and retreat
An empowerment is a special method for deepening our connection with a particular Buddha. Through receiving the blessings of Manjushri, the wisdom of all the Buddhas, we can bring all of our suffering to an end. After receiving the empowerment, we have an opportunity to engage in Treasury of Wisdom a special method for deepening our connection with the wisdom Buddha.
